Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing matters —
(a)
required or permitted to be prescribed by this Act; or
(b)
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for giving effect to this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), the regulations may provide that a provision of this Act does
not apply in relation to any, or a combination, of the following —
(a) a
specified conviction, finding or order, or a charge relating to the
conviction, finding or order;
(b) a
specified person or class of persons;
(c)
specified circumstances.
