HEALTH LEGISLATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 1984 - SECT 5

5 .         Objects

                The objects of this Act are to facilitate —

            (a)         the co-ordination of the administration of the Acts to which this Act applies; and

            (b)         the effective and efficient provision of health and related services to the people of the State.
