Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The provisions of this
Part are in addition to and not in derogation of the requirements of the
Local Government Act 1995 and the Building Act 2011 and any subsidiary
legislation made under those Acts but where a provision of those Acts or any
subsidiary legislation made under those Acts is inconsistent with a provision
of this Part or subsidiary legislation made under this Part the provision of
this Part or the subsidiary legislation made under this Part prevails to the
extent of the inconsistency.
