Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) After the
commencement of this Act, it shall not be lawful to establish any offensive
trade, unless with the consent, in writing, of the local government.

applying for such consent shall, with his application, lodge with the local
government plans and specifications of any proposed buildings.
