Committee means the Perinatal and Infant Mortality
Committee constituted under this Part;
investigator means the medical practitioner from
time to time appointed under this Part;
member means a person appointed to be a member of
the Committee, and includes the Chairperson of the Committee;
metropolitan area has the meaning given in the
Local Government Act 1995 section 1.4.
