Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The term of tenure
of office of a person appointed as a member of the Committee expires by
effluxion of time on the expiration of a period of 3 years commencing on the
day specified in the notice of the appointment published in the Government
Gazette as the commencing day of that term.
(2) The Chairperson
holds that office at the pleasure of the Minister.
