Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The contents of a
notification made under section 340K(5) are not admissible in any court or
before any tribunal, board or person in any action, cause or inquiry of any
kind whatever.
(2) A person who
exhibits, communicates or divulges in whole or in part the contents of a
notification made under section 340K(5) to any person except for the purposes
of, and in accordance with, this Part commits an offence.
