(1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by
this Act to be prescribed, or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed,
for giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) The CEO or the
Chief Health Officer may, from time to time, and shall, when the Minister so
requires, make regulations as hereinbefore provided, and generally for
carrying into effect the provisions of this Act, and the exercise of any
powers conferred on the CEO or the Chief Health Officer.
