Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts On the conviction of
any person for any offence under this Act, the CEO, the Chief Health Officer
or the local government may suspend or cancel any licence issued to or the
registration of any such person under the provisions of this Act, and may
refuse any subsequent application from such person for a similar licence or
registration.
