required to be signed, made, or authenticated by the CEO, the Chief Health
Officer or by any local government shall (unless otherwise provided) be
sufficiently authenticated if appearing to be signed by an officer of the
Department authorised for that purpose by the CEO or the Chief Health Officer,
or by any member or officer of the local government.
