Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Vacant land held by
the Board and land held by the Board and used exclusively or mainly for the
purposes of the School shall be exempt from rating under the provisions of the
Local Government Act 1995 and, if the land is not connected to water service
works as defined in the Water Services Act 2012 section 3(1), from statutory
water service charges under that Act and from land tax imposed by the
Land Tax Act 2002 .
