HOPE VALLEY-WATTLEUP REDEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 - SECT 10

10 .         Authority to comply with master plan

        (1)         The Authority must perform its functions under this Act in accordance with any master plan.

        (2)         A copy of the master plan is to be kept in the offices of the Authority and is to be available for inspection by the public during office hours free of charge.
