(1) A master plan to
be prepared and submitted under this Division may make any provision that the
Authority considers will promote the orderly and proper planning, development
and management of the redevelopment area, including any provision that may be
made by a local planning scheme under the Planning and Development Act 2005 .
(2) A master plan must
not be inconsistent with any regulations made under this Act.
(3) If a provision in
a master plan is inconsistent with regulations made under this Act, the
provision is void to the extent of the inconsistency.
