Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The functions of
the Authority under this Act are to plan, undertake, promote and coordinate
the development and redevelopment of land in the redevelopment area.
(2) For the purpose
set out in subsection (1), the Authority is to prepare and keep under review
the master plan for the redevelopment area in accordance with Part 3.
(3) The Authority may
exercise any of its powers under the Western Australian Land Authority Act
1992 for the purpose of performing a function conferred on it under this Act.
