Supplementary Agreement is approved.
(2) The provisions of
subsections (2), (3) and (4) of section 3 apply to the Second Supplementary
Agreement, but as though subsection (2)(a) referred to the lands mentioned in
paragraph (b) of clause 2, and subsection (4) referred to the rights of
occupancy granted pursuant to subclause (1) of clause 6 of the Second
Supplementary Agreement.
