INFRASTRUCTURE WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 2019 - SECT 25

25 .         Board is governing body of Infrastructure WA

        (1)         Infrastructure WA is to have a board.

        (2)         The Board is Infrastructure WA’s governing body and, in the name of Infrastructure WA, is to perform its functions.
