—
(a) the
sheriff is the summoning officer in respect of general jury precepts
returnable in the Supreme Court or returnable in the District Court sitting at
Perth; and
(b) the
senior registrar of the District Court sitting at a place other than Perth is
the summoning officer in respect of general jury precepts returnable in that
court or returnable in a circuit court at that place.
