JURIES ACT 1957 - SECT 47
47 . Jurors may be
allowed heating and refreshment
Jurors in a civil case
after having been sworn may in the discretion of the judge be allowed, at any
time before giving their verdict and when out of court, the use of a fire or
heating appliance and reasonable refreshment.
