(1) A person who,
without a reasonable excuse, does not obey a summons that has been served on
the person under this Act commits an offence.
(2) A person who,
without a reasonable excuse, does not obey a direction given under
section 32H(4) commits an offence.
(3) A talesman who,
being present and having been called, without a reasonable excuse, does not
appear or wilfully withdraws himself or herself from the presence of the court
commits an offence.
(4) A person who
personates or attempts to personate a person whose name is on a jury panel or
a jury pool for the purpose of sitting as a juror commits an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
