Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts The powers to make,
alter, and annul rules conferred by Part X of the Supreme Court Act 1935 ,
include power to make such rules, and prescribe such forms, as are considered
necessary or convenient for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions
of this Act.
