JURIES ACT 1957 - SECT 8

8 .         Verdict not affected

                The fact that a person who —

            (a)         is not eligible or not qualified to serve as a juror; or

            (b)         is excused from serving as a juror,

                has served as a juror in a trial, whether civil or criminal, is not a ground for questioning, and does not invalidate or affect, the verdict.
