JUSTICES OF THE PEACE ACT 2004 - SECT 14

14 .         JP’s appointment may be terminated

        (1)         The Governor, on the recommendation of the Minister, may terminate the appointment of a person as a JP.

        (2)         The person ceases to hold office as a JP on the publication of a notice in the Gazette .
