(1) A notice of an
intended entry is to be given to the owner or occupier of the land, premises
or thing that is to be entered.
(2) The notice is to
specify the purpose for which the entry is required and continues to have
effect for so long as that requirement continues.
(3) The notice is to
be given not less than 24 hours before the power of entry is exercised.
(4) Successive entries
for the purpose specified in the notice are to be regarded as entries to which
that notice relates.
