alleged offender means the person who is alleged
to have committed a contravention that can lead to impounding;
contravention that can lead to impounding means
anything prescribed to be a contravention that can lead to impounding;
goods means any goods involved in a contravention
that can lead to impounding, and includes —
(a) a
vehicle; or
(ab) an
animal; or
(b) a
stall or other structure temporarily placed on land,
involved in such a contravention;
non-perishable goods includes animals;
specified , in relation to a notice, means
specified in the notice;
vehicle means a vehicle for which a vehicle
licence is required under the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012 if the vehicle
is to be used on a road.
