LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 3.68

3.68 .         Other arrangements not affected

                Nothing in sections 3.61 to 3.67 prevents local governments from making arrangements under which —

            (a)         a local government performs a function for another local government; or

            (b)         local governments perform a function jointly.
