LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 4.14

4.14 .         Elections after council is dismissed

                Any poll needed for an election to elect a new council after a council has been dismissed under section 8.25(1) is to be held on the day fixed by order under section 8.34(1).
