(1) Despite anything
else in this Act and subject to subsection (2), where a poll cannot be held on
the day fixed under this Act due to section 4.1A, the Governor may, before the
day fixed for the poll, by order under section 9.62 fix a later day for the
holding of the poll.
(2) The time for the
holding of a poll is not to be extended under this section by more than 14
days later than the time originally fixed.
