Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) On or before the
43 rd day before election day, the CEO is to prepare an owners and occupiers
roll for the election.
(2) The owners and
occupiers roll is to include the names of all persons who were electors of the
district or ward under section 4.30 at the close of enrolments (other than
persons who will be under 18 years of age on election day) and is to be
certified to that effect by the CEO.
