LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 5.113

5.113 .         Punishment for recurrent breach

                If, on an allegation under section 5.112, the State Administrative Tribunal finds that a person committed a recurrent breach, it may make any of the orders described in section 5.117.
