LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 5.122

5.122 .         Standards panels

        (1)         The Minister is to establish a standards panel (the primary standards panel ).

        (2)         The Minister may establish other standards panels.

        (3)         Schedule 5.1 applies to a standards panel.
