LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 5.15

5.15 .         Reduction of quorum for committees

                The local government may reduce* the number of offices of committee member required for a quorum at a committee meeting specified by the local government if there would not otherwise be a quorum for the meeting.

        * Absolute majority required.
