Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Subject to the
Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Act 1992 , rates and service
charges imposed under this Act, together with the costs of proceedings, if
any, for the recovery of the rates or service charges, are a charge on the
land rated or in relation to which the service charge is imposed.
