LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 6.54

6.54 .         Term used: service charge

                In sections 6.55, 6.60 and 6.62 —

        service charge does not include a service charge imposed under section 6.38(1)(b) on the occupier of land who is not the owner of that land.
