Any person who is
dissatisfied with the decision of a local government on an objection by that
person under section 6.76 may, within 42 days (or such further period as the
State Administrative Tribunal, for reasonable cause shown by the person,
allows) after service of notice of the decision, apply to the State
Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
