Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If in any
proceedings brought under this Division, the court before which the
proceedings are brought is satisfied that the person against whom the
proceedings have been brought is personally liable, under section 8.38, to pay
an amount misapplied to a local government, that court may order that person
to pay an amount of money stated in the order of the court and that order is
enforceable in all respects as a final judgment of the court.
(2) If an authorised
person recovers money in proceedings under this Division, he or she is to pay
it to the local government concerned.
