Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A notice of entry
under section 8.6(3)(b) is to specify the purpose for which the entry is
required and continues to have effect for so long as that requirement
continues.
(2) The notice is to
be given not less than 24 hours before the power of entry is exercised.
(3) Successive entries
for the purpose specified in the notice are to be regarded as entries to which
that notice relates.
