Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts If the penalty to
which a person is liable for committing an offence against this Act, other
than an offence against regulations or a local law, is not specified, the
penalty is —
(a) a
fine of $5 000; and
(b) if
the offence is of a continuing nature, a further fine of $500 in respect of
each day or part of a day during which the offence has continued.
