Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may,
in writing and either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of
delegation, delegate to the Departmental CEO or any other person any of the
Minister’s functions under this Act that is prescribed to be delegable.
(2) The power of
delegation given by this section cannot be prescribed to be delegable.
