Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A document
concerning the business of a limited partnership or incorporated limited
partnership may be served on the partners in the partnership by leaving it at,
or by sending it by post addressed to —
(a) the
registered office of the partnership; or
(b) if
there is no registered office of the partnership — the principal office
in this State of the partnership.
(2) This section does
not affect any other method of serving documents on a limited partnership or
incorporated limited partnership.
(3) This section does
not apply to a document relating to proceedings before a court or the State
Administrative Tribunal.
