mental disability has the meaning given in the
Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 section 3(1).
(2) The fact that a
limited partner in a limited partnership is incapable of managing their
affairs because of mental disability is not a ground for dissolution of the
partnership by the court unless the share and interest of the partner in the
partnership cannot be ascertained or realised other than by dissolving the
partnership.
