Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) For the purposes
of this Act —
partnership means a partnership as defined in the
Partnership Act.
(2) Any act done in
connection with the making of an application for registration under Part 3 or
4 by or on behalf of persons proposing to be the partners in a proposed
limited partnership or incorporated limited partnership does not of itself
create a partnership between those persons.
