Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The common seal of
an incorporated limited partnership must be kept in the custody that the
partnership directs and must not be used except as authorised by it.
(2) All courts must
take judicial notice of the common seal of an incorporated limited partnership
attached to a document and, until the contrary is proved, must presume that it
was attached in accordance with this section.
