Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who lodges,
or causes to be lodged, with the Commissioner under this Act a document that
the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular, whether by
way of a statement in the document or an omission from the document, commits
an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
