LAW REFORM COMMISSION ACT 1972 - SECT 3

3 .         Terms used

                In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —

        Chairman means Chairman of the Commission;

        Commission means the Law Reform Commission of Western Australia established under this Act;

        member means full-time member or part-time member of the Commission; and

        section means section of this Act.
