Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister may
in writing authorise officers of the Department for the purposes of this Part
and section 122B.
(2) An authorisation
under subsection (1) may be given to a specified officer or to officers of a
specified class, or may be given to the holder or holders for the time being
of a specified office or class of office.
