Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister is to
carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as amended
by the Mining Amendment Act 2004 within 6 months after the fifth anniversary
of the day on which that Act received the Royal Assent.
(2) The Minister is to
prepare a report based on the review and, as soon as is practicable after the
report is prepared, is to cause the report to be laid before each House of
Parliament.
