Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Where the owner of any
private land is granted a mining tenement on an application made under
section 38 he shall comply with the terms and conditions of the mining
tenement and in particular the expenditure conditions applicable thereto, but
no rent or royalty shall be payable by the owner with respect to the land the
subject of the mining tenement or in respect of any mineral won therefrom.
