(1) A miscellaneous
licence is subject to the terms and conditions prescribed.
(2) In addition to the
terms and conditions prescribed in relation to a miscellaneous licence, the
mining registrar or the warden, as the case requires, may make a miscellaneous
licence subject to such further terms and conditions as he thinks fit and
specifies in that licence.
(3) Where the mining
registrar or the warden refuses an application for a miscellaneous licence or
grants the application on conditions the applicant considers unreasonable, the
applicant may within the time and in the manner prescribed appeal to the
Minister against such refusal or conditions as the case may be.
(4) The Minister may
dismiss the appeal or uphold the appeal and grant the application on such
conditions as he considers reasonable.
