134 .         Supervising psychiatrist

        (1)         The supervising psychiatrist under a community treatment order is responsible for supervising the carrying out of the order.

        (2)         The supervising psychiatrist under a community treatment order must be —

            (a)         the psychiatrist who makes the order; or

            (b)         another psychiatrist.
