Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The treating
practitioner under a community treatment order is responsible for ensuring
that the involuntary community patient is provided with the treatment
specified in the treatment plan outlined in the order.
(2) The treating
practitioner under a community treatment order —
(a) must
be a medical practitioner or mental health practitioner; and
(b) can
be the supervising psychiatrist under the order or another psychiatrist.
